Where possible, I try to provide the best competitive rate for my clients. I'm willing to discuss cost and budget openly, and we'll mutually agree on a price for all projects before any work begins.

 

I provide a free sample edit as standard before working with a new client. This enables you to get a feel for my editing style and allows me to estimate a more accurate timescale for completion.

 

I accept all payments securely via PayPal invoice. Please contact me if you would prefer to use a different payment method.

A 25% booking deposit is required for all work. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel, but I will work with you to reschedule if necessary.

 

As part of my mission to offer a professional book editing service to authors on all routes to publication, my listed fees fall in line with the industry standard rates as set out by the Editorial Freelancers Association.
